ILL Autofill is Not Working

ILL Autofill is not working. If you are seeing this, please clear your cache and cookies (or make the request through Incognito mode) and, if the problem continues, reach out to ill@rosalindfranklin.edu to let us know you are having issues. 

Please include the following information:

  • Are you using on-campus Wi-Fi or using mobile data or off-campus Wi-Fi
  • Browser
  • Computer or mobile device type
  • Any troubleshooting you've done already

In the even that this issue requires more than a easy reset, you can request ILLs using a blank request
