You can log in to PubMed with your RFUMS Gmail account. This will allow you to save your searches and any collections of search topics that you create. It will also allow you to look through your search history, which is helpful if you don't remember how you located a particular citation.
In June 2021, the National Library of Medicine began phasing out the use of MyNCBI accounts. If you have an old login, you can follow these directions to link your old data to your Gmail account.
If you do not currently have an account, you will need to create one by clicking the "Log In" option at the upper right of the page:
Scroll down past the login options and click on the text that reads "New here? Sign up"

To access your saved searches, click the box with your username and select Dashboard.
Your saved searches will be near the top.
To remove or change a saved search, click Manage my Searches.
Click the cog next to the search you want to change.
You can edit or delete the search.
