Associate Vice President, Boxer Library & Information Collaboration
Charlotte received her Master of Science in Information Science from the University at Albany, State University of New York in 2007 and has been a member of the Boxer Library team since 2010. She holds a faculty appointment within the Department of Interprofessional Healthcare Studies in the College of Health Professions at RFUMS and is responsible for the strategic planning of library services across the University's six colleges as well as serving on the leadership team for the Division of Academic and Faculty Affairs.
Her interests include developing services that meet student and faculty needs, expert searching of information resources, citation styles, and library space design.
In Summer 2020, she completed the Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) Systematic Review Training and is a member of the RFUMS Center for Interprofessional Evidence-Based Practice center team which advises on systematic review projects using the JBI methodology. She also facilitates the Student Library Advisory Committee (SLAC) and the Library Advisory Committee (LAC). She is involved in many professional library organizations including the Medical Library Association, Association of Academic Health Sciences Libraries, American Library Association, Association of College and Research Libraries, Health Sciences Librarians of Illinois, and the American Association of the Colleges of Pharmacy- Library and Information Science Section.
From 2010-2020, she was the Instruction and Reference librarian at the Boxer Library.
