The best way to contact the librarians and library staff during the remote campus period is through email or chat if normal business hours. One of the librarians will be monitoring the email seven days a week. If you ask a question within normal business hours of 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, you should receive a response by the end of the business day. If it is after hours, you should expect a response by the following morning. If you would like to set an appointment for search help via phone call, email first and then we will set up the time.
Also the library is piloting an online chat service during regular business hours which will be 8:00AM -4:00PM Monday- Friday. Click on the button below for service.
To email the librarians, send a message to eresources@rosalindfranklin.edu or fill out the Ask a Librarian Form.
