• Authors’ last names and initials
• Title and subtitle (if any) of article
• Abbreviated title of Journal in Italics

• Volume number
• Issue number
• Number of supplement (if the article is from a supplemental issue)
• Page numbers (Non-inclusive, e.g., pages 787-793)

• Single Author
• Two to Six Authors
• More than Six Authors
• Without Volume or Issues
• Supplements 

• Single Author
• Two to Six Authors
• More than Six Authors
• Chapter
