Guidelines for Requesting Library Instruction
- Instruction sessions can be requested by faculty, staff, or students as long as your group has a minimum of 2 people who will be attending.
- Instruction sessions should be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
- If a new customized interactive activity is requested to be developed, the session must be requested at least a week in advance.
- Please fill out a new form for each individual session you would like to request.
- Submitting a request form does not automatically mean that your session has been scheduled. Please expect a response within 24-48 hours for a librarian to be in touch with you to confirm the date and time for your session.
