The purpose of this guide is to instruct users on some of the rules of the American Psychological Association (APA) Citation Style.

More than Seven Authors

Format:

Last Name, First Initial. Middle Initial., & Last Name, First Initial. Middle Initial. (Publication Year). Article Title. Journal Title, Volume number (issue), Page Numbers. doi number or URL (date)

Example:

D'Onofrio B.M., Turkheimer E., Emery R.E., Harden K.P., Slutske W.S., Heath A.C., ... Martin NG.(2007). A Genetically informed study of the intergenerational transmission of marital instability.Journal of marriage and the family, 69(3), 793-809. Retrieved from: http://www.ncfr.org/jmf.

  • All citations need to be in a hanging indent.
